Transforming Teamwork and Driving Continuous Improvement: (Part 2)

Building on the momentum from the Kaizen events, PCI launched Senior Leadership Training to keep fostering teamwork and improvement. This training helped leaders build stronger connections with their teams and each other, whether they were working on-site or meeting virtually.

These sessions were hands-on and focused on encouraging interaction and collaboration. Leaders engaged in activities that strengthened communication and relationships across departments, making teamwork a cornerstone of PCI’s culture.

The training wasn’t without its challenges—long sessions and busy schedules meant adapting to accommodate multiple shifts. IMEC stepped up, showing flexibility to meet PCI’s needs. Kenny Hopkins summed it up best: “I know I can always call IMEC and count on their support.”

This ongoing partnership between PCI and IMEC shows the power of collaboration, flexibility, and a shared commitment to continuous improvement. Together, they’ve created a workplace where teamwork thrives and every contribution matters—a true recipe for success.
