Now is your chance to help mold the future of cyber security research in the Energy Industry. Contribute to needs, gaps, and paths towards addressing the challenges that face the industry today and in the future.
The Cyber Resilient Energy Delivery Consortium (CREDC), a follow-on research consortium to Trustworthy Cyber Infrastructure for the Power Gird (TCIPG), is holding its inaugural Industry Workshop to introduce the project to stakeholders interested in the cyber resiliency of energy delivery systems. CREDC expands the scope of TCIPG to consider oil and gas (O&G) systems while maintaining the TCIPG focus on electric power.
The Industry Workshop that CREDC is hosting on March 28-29, 2016 at the iHotel and Conference Center, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is the premier forum to discuss emerging topics in the energy delivery system market. The CREDC Industry Workshop is by invitation only and focuses on engaging energy industry stakeholders with CREDC research and development efforts. Our emphasis for this year’s workshop is to gather input and insight from those of you on the front lines of providing cybersecurity and resiliency of energy delivery systems for electricity, oil, and gas.
To help facilitate discussions of critical importance, we will ask you to provide input in advance of the event when you register. We also encourage participants to submit a Lightning Talk proposal – an opportunity to highlight (in five minutes) pressing issues or concerns facing your organization, sector, or industry.
