With the merger of Illinois Performance Excellence and IMEC, the organizations welcome the addition of two new professionals to our staff.
As the Manager of Strategic Initiatives, Jennifer Waldinger's role will be to grow, strengthen, and diversify the IMEC and ILPEx outreach in manufacturing, as well as other public and private sector industries like healthcare, education, and more.
Carol Fisher has joined the team as the ILPEx Baldrige Coordinator and will serve as the primary contact person responsible for coordinating training sessions, coordinating the examination teams, serving as liaison between the applicants and ILPEx satisfaction benchmarking, and budget-holder accountability.
