As a Technical Specialist, Brad Rodgers will service Illinois manufacturers with his experience in lean and project management capabilities. Brad Rodgers - Technical Specialist

Manufacturing Specialist Brad RodgersBrad Rodgers comes to IMEC with more than 12 years of experience in lean manufacturing leadership training gained through various industries and his leadership roles in Production Management, Warehouse Distribution Management, Operations Leadership, Continuous Improvement Leadership, Project Engineering, and Capital Projects Management.

The primary responsibility for Brad will be to work with the Metro East manufacturing base to provide value-added assessments of client company’s processes and systems as they relate to their overall business strategies.

In addition to a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management from Northern Illinois University, Brad is a certified Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute and a Certified Master Facilitator for Root Cause Failure Analysis through Sologic Inc.  He is a member of the Illinois Air National Guard for over 16 years, a military officer and KC-135R pilot.

Ryan Langdon - Regional Manager

Langdon_Ryan_2inloresRyan Langdon brings over 12 years of experience in manufacturing and continuous improvement implementation, with expertise in helping organizations become more efficient and more profitable.

Ryan is committed to helping southwestern Illinois manufacturers in their continuous improvement journeys with the process of assessing the big picture and identifying gaps in both performance and practice.

Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Western Illinois University and an M.B.A. from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.  He has held positions in manufacturing that range from Lean Manufacturing Coordinator to Continuous Improvement Manager.
