Alcast Company of Peoria, Illinois was founded in 1970 and is a TS 16949 registered permanent mold aluminum foundry, supplier, and manufacturer of high quality American made aluminum castings with over 110,00 square feet of manufacturing space.
We currently manufacture aluminum castings up to 220 pounds in quantities of 10 to 400 and smaller castings are also produced with volumes exceeding 500,000 pieces per year. Our facilities also include a full CNC machine shop, therefore our permanents/semi permanent mold aluminum castings can be machined, balanced, broached, shaped and more in house.
Our top products include Torque Converter Components, Industrial Fans and Blowers, Brake Calipers, Master Cylinders, Valve Bodies, Automotive Aluminum Castings, Marine Aluminum Castings, and Heavy Equipment Aluminum Castings.
