IMEC welcomes two new Regional Managers to the Metro East

Welcome the newest members of the IMEC team, Lisa Kenney and Doug Moehle

Doug-MoehleDoug Moehle comes to IMEC with more than 28 years of experience in Operations Management and Quality Assurance, primarily from the metal stamping industry. With extensive experience in all facets of operations and quality including the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and Quality Assurance systems, Doug is proficient at converting customer needs and business objectives into operational strategies. Specific skills and expertise include operations leadership, six sigma, lean product development, TPM, planning and scheduling, capacity modeling, budgeting and cost control, and safety improvements.

Primary responsibility for Doug will be to work with the Metro East manufacturing base to provide value-added assessments of client company's processes and systems as they relate to their overall business strategies. In addition to a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, Doug has also obtained his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, Lean Manufacturing Certification, and Lean Product Development Certification all from the University of Michigan – College of Engineering, as well as a World Class Maintenance Certification from the Marshall Institute.

Lisa KenneyLisa Kenney brings 27 years of industry experience to her role as Regional Manager for IMEC. Having spent much of her career in leadership development and employee engagement, Lisa is committed to helping southwestern Illinois manufacturers build their internal capacity by connecting them with IMEC’s service providers to form lasting partnerships.  She is a Certified Master Trainer for Development Dimensions International (DDI), a certified facilitator for AchieveGlobal, and for the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.

Beginning her career at State Farm Insurance Company, Lisa has served on teams of instructional designers and facilitators at the corporate headquarters, later moving into workforce development and leadership/industrial training for manufacturers. Lisa's strengths lie in her ability to manage multiple aspects of a project including diagnosis of organizational issues, strategic solution development and project implementation.
