Sumitomo Corporation of America and Nippon Sharyo USA are the chosen manufacturer of 130 new Bi-Level Passenger Railcars for the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) and the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT). Sumitomo is currently seeking DBE and Small Businesses to participate in the supply and delivery of materials, services and equipment for this project.
