Can your business stay operational after a disaster? Have you considered Business Continuity Planning? History shows that a lack of awareness, planning and preparation are common themes among all major natural disasters. By knowing your vulnerability and what actions you can and should take, you may be able to reduce the effects of a disaster.

NIST-MEP, in conjunction with the Department of Homeland Security, has launched an easy-to-use Business Continuity Planning (BCP) software. The software is scalable for optimal use by organizations of any size and consists of Business Continuity Plan training, automated BCP and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) generators, and a self-directed exercise for testing an implemented BCP.

Businesses can utilize this solution to maintain normal operations and provide resilience during a disruption. For more information about BCP and to download this valuable software visit NIST-MEP's Business Continuity Planning webpage.
