MOST REWARDING PROJECT?
It is always rewarding to see a client reach a level of success. One particular project that I found rewarding was working with a small metal fabricating company that was drastically losing sales. I implemented a strategic marketing program and built a pipeline of RFQs which resulted in $750K in 6 months.
MOST CHALLENGING PROJECT THAT RESULTED IN POSITIVE IMPACTS?
Challenges are expected when a group of manufacturers are working together to market their capabilities and diversify their customer base. However, through persistency and collaboration, the project resulted in new quality leads and RFQs.
INTERESTING NEW INDUSTRY TREND THAT DRIVES GROWTH THROUGH ENTERPRISE EXCELLENCE?
I am interested in seeing more marketing programs that are measureable in terms of success and ROI.
