This month, IMEC welcomed two new Marketing Coordinators to our statewide team of excellence-focused specialists.
Shayla Kripalani brings a strong energy for strategic marketing and a fresh perspective to the team's promotion of the IMEC brand. Shayla will drive client engagement efforts through on-going relationship building and outreach to prospective client organizations across the state. She will also be focused on supporting event management through direct follow-up with participants for continued learning and retention of best practices in organizational excellence.
Simone Erskine brings a unique focus to social engagement through her roles in social media management, content development and events. Simone will drive follower engagement efforts through relationship building and telling the story of IMEC's passion for excellence in the digital world. She will also be focused on overall marketing efforts in the Chicago region to raise awareness for workforce development through the America's Promise initiative.
Both Shayla and Simone are based in the greater Chicago metro region and serve as an integral part of the IMEC marketing and administrative teams.
